
Millions of dollars are spent every year on diets. A new book seems to be written every day with advice on how to lose weight. There are operations, pills, shakes, groups, clubs, pre-packaged foods – an endless variety of options in front of you. And yet, obesity is at an all time high in the western world.
If you are overweight, you know more about food than most people. You have a mind crammed with facts about what is fattening, slimming, calorie free, high GI, low GI etc. You are probably drowning in horror stories about heart attacks, diabetes, cancer and all the other weight related diseases out there.
You want to lose weight, you really do. You’ll look better, feel better, enjoy shopping again – really love yourself and your new body. You even manage to do it for a period of time – and the results are very gratifying.
